1. Scope of this Policy

This policy applies to the BookCalculator mobile application and the app functionality provided by CHAUSYNH. It describes data handling inside the application.

BookCalculator does not require registration, login, or a user account.

2. Information We Collect

BookCalculator does not collect, log, transmit to CHAUSYNH servers, or store on CHAUSYNH servers personal information or reading data through normal use of the application.

We do not use the app to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, advertising identifiers, precise location data, contact lists, photos, microphone recordings, or other personal content.

3. Local Device Storage

BookCalculator stores the reading information you enter locally on your device so that the app can provide library tracking, progress calculations, and reading-plan functionality.

This local information is controlled by you and your device. It is not uploaded to, synchronized with, or retained on CHAUSYNH servers.

4. Third-Party Access and Sharing

Because BookCalculator does not send your personal reading data to CHAUSYNH, CHAUSYNH does not sell, rent, or share that app data with third parties.

If you download or update BookCalculator through Google Play, the Google Play service is governed by Google's own terms and privacy practices. Those services are separate from BookCalculator's local reading-data storage.

5. Location Information

BookCalculator does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

6. Data Retention

CHAUSYNH has no server-side retention period for BookCalculator reading data because CHAUSYNH does not collect or retain that data on its servers.

Reading information stored locally by the app remains on your device until you remove it using the app or your device controls. The exact behavior of local storage may also depend on your device operating system and backup settings.

7. Data Deletion

Because CHAUSYNH does not hold your BookCalculator reading data on its servers, there is no server-side account or reading-data record that you need to ask us to delete.

You can remove locally stored BookCalculator data by deleting individual records in the app, clearing the app's storage through your device settings, or uninstalling BookCalculator. Uninstalling the app normally removes its local application data, subject to your device operating system and any device-level backup settings.

8. Children

BookCalculator is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the application does not collect personal information through normal use, CHAUSYNH does not receive children's personal reading data from the app.

Parents or guardians should supervise device and application use where required by applicable law.

9. Security

BookCalculator's privacy model reduces exposure by keeping reading information locally on the user's device instead of sending it to CHAUSYNH servers.

You are responsible for the security of your device, including device access controls, operating-system updates, and backup settings.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

CHAUSYNH may update this Privacy Policy if BookCalculator's functionality or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will display its effective date on this page.
